What’s the Difference Between a Complaint and a Review?

A BBB® Review is customer feedback about their experience with a business. It can be positive, neutral, or negative and does not require business interaction.

A BBB® Complaint is a formal dispute filed against a business. Complaints involve an issue the customer is asking the business to resolve, and the business has the opportunity to respond.
